Abstract
Cotton fabric reinforced phenolic laminate sheet is made by heating and pressurization after cotton fabric immersing into phenolic resin. It has good electrical and mechanical properties under normal conditions. Thus it is widely applied in machinery, motor and electrical equipment as insulation structure parts and even in transformer oil as well.

Applications
Cotton fabric reinforced phenolic laminate sheet has features of insulation, good wear-resistance, damping and explosion-proof. With these features, it can be used in gear wheel, axle sleeve, guide wheel, washer and other parts in electromechanical equipment that needs damping and explosion-proof designs. High-quality percale cotton fabric is usually used for precise instrument.

Application Guide
Cotton fabric reinforced phenolic laminate sheet has many different models. Specific applications are as follows:

PFCC201 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics. It has better mechanical properties than PFCC202, but with worse electrical properties.

PFCC202 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good electrical properties.

PFCC203 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics. It is recommended to be used for precise instrument with small dimensions. It has better mechanical properties than PFCC204, but worse electrical properties.

PFCC204 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good mechanical and electrical properties. It is recommended to be used for small parts.

C850.1 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics (coarse cloth). It has good mechanical properties, but with slightly poor electrical properties. Equal to C of the U.S. NEMA standards

C850.2 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics (coarse cloth). It has good electrical properties. Equal to CE of the U.S. NEMA standards.

C850.3 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics (coarse cloth). It has good mechanical properties, but poor electrical properties. Equal to L of the U.S. NEMA standards.

C850.4 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics (fine cloth). It has good electrical properties. Equal to LE of the U.S. NEMA standards.

3025 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics (coarse cloth). It has good mechanical properties, high strength, but slightly poor electrical properties.

3026 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics (fine cloth). It has excellent mechanical properties, but poor electrical properties. It is recommended to be used for small parts.

3027 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics (coarse cloth). It has good electrical properties.

3028 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics (fine cloth). It has good electrical properties. It is recommended to be used for small parts.

3025B Laminate Sheet: For mechanics (coarse cloth). It has poor electrical properties. Economical products.

3025C Laminate Sheet: For mechanics (coarse cloth). It has poor electrical properties. Economical products.

3025CS Laminate Sheet: Wear-resistant materials. It is used for wear-resistant structure parts and it can't be used for insulation.
