Glass Epoxy Molded Rod

Abstract:
Glass epoxy molded rod is cylindrical laminate sheet that is made by electrical glass immersing into epoxy resin, through drying and rolling and then hot-stamping in molds. It has good mechanical and electrical performances, especially good humidity-resistance performance. Optional models include 3840, 3841F, 3842, EPGC41, EPGC42, EPGC43.

Applications:
Glass epoxy molded rod is suitable for making insulation structural parts of electrical and electric equipment, especially for occasions which requires high mechanical strength and humidity resistance.

3840 Molded Rod: For mechanics and electrics. Humidity resistance.

3841F Molded Rod: For mechanics and electrics. Its performance is better than 3840. Inflaming retarding.

3842 Molded Rod: For mechanics and electrics. Its performance is better than 3840. It has high mechanical strength under high temperature conditions.

EPGC41 Molded Rod: For mechanics and electrics. It has high mechanical strength under intermediate temperature and good electric stability under high-humidity conditions.

EPGC42 Molded Rod: It is similar to EPGC41. It has high mechanical strength under high temperature conditions.

EPGC43 Molded Rod: It is similar to EPGC41, but with better inflaming retarding performance.
