Abstract:
1. PFCP series: It is made by drying and hot-pressing after cellulose paper immersing into phenolic resin paint. Its models include PFCP201, PFCP202, PFCP203, PFCP204, PFCP205, PFCP206, PFCP207, etc.

2. 3021 series: It is made by drying and hot-pressing after electrical insulation impregnated paper immersing into phenolic resin paint. Its models include 3020, 3021, 3021B, 3021C, etc.

3. F820 series: It is made by drying and hot-pressing after bleached wood pulp paper immersing into tung oil modified phenolic resin paint. Its models include F820-2, F820-3B, F820-5K, etc.

Applications:
Paper reinforced phenolic laminate sheet is used for different kinds of stamping and as insulation parts in motor and electrical equipment. It can also be used for making SMT technique work surface and test board surface. In electronic industry, it is widely used for making PCB test jig and fixture. Due to low dielectric loss of paper, it is often used for making insulation parts of transformer and electric reactor. Paper reinforced phenolic laminate sheet is often used as the work surface of operating table and NMR equipment in medical equipment, as a result of low loss of X-ray and electromagnetic wave passing through paper reinforced phenolic laminate sheet.

Property:
Paper reinforced phenolic laminate sheet has good economic efficiency and machining properties. It has good electrical properties under normal humidity and low dielectric loss. It can be used in transformer oil.

Application Guide:
Paper reinforced phenolic laminate sheet has many different models. Specific applications are as follows:

F820-2, F820-3B Laminate Sheet: It has relatively high mechanical strength and machining properties. It belongs to economical paper laminate sheet and applies for mechanics.

F820-5K Laminate Sheet: It is anti-static that can be applied for mechanics and electrics.

3020 Laminate Sheet: This kind of paper sheet has high electric strength in oil and good electric strength in normal humidity conditions. It is suitable for high power frequency voltage.

3021 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good electric properties in normal humidity conditions. It is suitable for hot stamping processing.

3021B Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good electric properties in normal humidity conditions. Its normal properties are poorer than 3021.

3021B Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good electric properties in normal humidity conditions. Its normal properties are poorer than 3021B.

PFCP201 Laminate Sheet: This paper sheet has better mechanic properties than other PFCP models, but worse electric properties under normal humidity conditions. It is suitable for mechanical equipment hot-stamping processing.

PFCP202 Laminate Sheet: For high power frequency voltage. It has high electrical strength in oil and good electrical strength in air under normal humidity conditions.

PFCP202 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good electrical properties under normal humidity conditions and suits for hot-damping processing.

PFCP204 Laminate Sheet: For electrics and electronics. It has stable electrical properties under high-humidity conditions. It is suitable for cold and hot stamping processing.

PFCP205 Laminate Sheet: It is similar to PFCP204, but with low combustibility, which equals to FR1 of NEMA.

PFCP206 Laminate Sheet: For mechanics and electrics. It has good electrical properties under high-humidity conditions. It is suitable for hot-damping processing.

PFCP207 Laminate Sheet: it is similar to PFCP201, but with an improvement of punching performance under low-temperature conditions.
