Product Name: Heat resistance laminate sheet

F890H: It is made through drying and hot-stamping after electronic-grade alkali-free fiberglass cloth immersing into modified halogen-free inflaming-retarding high CTI resin.

Performance and applications:
F890H has good electrical apparatus insulation performance with CTI index 600M, halogen free and inflaming retarding. Temperature class is H. Its long-term working temperature is over 180℃. Thus it can be used for H-class high-temperature motor and transformer which have higher requirements for environmental protection and inflaming retarding, such as rail vehicles, especially high speed train.

Performance and applications:
F861 heat resistance laminate sheet is suitable for mechanics and electrics. It has relatively high mechanic and dielectric properties, as well as heat resistance and radiation resistance. Heat resistance class is H and long-term working temperature is over 180℃. It is mainly used as structural parts for motor insulation parts, slot wedge, carbon brush holder and other heat resistant electric equipment.

EPGC308: It is made through drying and hot-stamping after electronic-grade alkali-free fiberglass cloth immersing into modified halogen-free inflaming-retarding high CTI resin.

Performance and applications:
EPGC308 heat resistance laminate sheet can maintain relatively high mechanical strength even under high-temperature conditions and display stable electrical performances under high-humidity conditions. Its performances are similar to EPGC203 under IEC standards, but its heat resistance is greatly improved. It is suitable for slot wedge of H-class motor, carbon brush holder and other structural parts, as well as heat-resistance transformer.
